If I could give 0 stars I would. I was lied to about a previous purchase. I called the store closest to me and was told that it was another store in the opposite direction farther away to get pizza delivered. I called that store and they said that it was actually the store I first called. So I called them back and the gentleman apologized and when I told him I was on a 30 minute lung break he told me sorry to hear that and he would credit me 15$ on my next purchase because I was going back and forth for about 20 minutes just to order a pizza. Well I tried calling today to order and redeem that 30$ I was told I had been credited and apparently I was lied to, he said he was a manager but I guess not. When I called today the store manager said that she was sorry, well looks like I am not ordering Pizza Hut anymore. I mean a place that doesn't even have employees knowledgeable enough to know where they deliver is kinda sad, and to lie to your customers about redeeming a mistake isn't ok.

We enjoy Pizza Hut over other Pizza chains. Have tried this one 4 times in 3 months. TERRIBLE!! Wrong orders, Pizza undercooked, Pizza overcooked, Stuffed crust with crust so thin sauce leaks through bottom and Burnt Dessert. Will drive 2-3 times as far to avoid this one. Other people say the same thing. Tried once to talk to manager but they said was too busy working to talk to customers. Sad, what a waste

Pizza was ready 30 minutes before I had scheduled pick up so it was dried out. I was super disappointed in the amount of ingredients and cheese on it too. We could see most of the crust through the toppings, that's how skimpy it was. Think I'll stick with Domino's.

Horrible pizza Hut location. Terrible customer service. Cashier does not know how to run register or take orders, the staff were very unfriendly and and illiterate.I waited 20 minutes just to place my order and when I got up they did not know how to operate. I just left. Do not go to this location i would NEVER recommend ! ! !

This location was able to deliver a clutch pizza to save our hurricane party during "Boring Barry" 2019. Food was hot, presentable, and cooked well. All delivered in less than 30 minutes. Thank you guys and stay safe!

I have had good pizzas in the past, however this trip was a Huge Disappointment my Large Pizza was burnt, very little sauce and cheese. May start sticking with PaPa John's they're more consistent.

Although I miss the days of dine in Pizza Huts, this carryout location is very accommodating. Pizza is always made correctly and thestaff is always friendly.

Always liked this particular one..no matter where we live, we go to the pne in Abita. Would give 5☆s if had not stopped barbeque pizza.

Highly unprofessional and lazy waited til their closing time to tell me they didn't have something on the menu also after I got the notification that my order was on its way! I can't stand these ppl there is always something wrong with my order. And I can't order over the phone because they will tell me they don't deliver to me. If I didn't have to order from them after a certain tien because of my area, I would never order from them!!!

Ordered pizza online, said it would be ready at 655, got there at 656 and they said they have no knowledge of our order. We showed the email with confirmation number and they said they don’t have it. Night ruined. Should have stuck with our usual place.

The credit card machines were not working. They should have warned people with a sign it was cash only. The man in front of me left his food on the counter. Several behind me walked out. The cashier kept repeating my card had been declined in front of my child's schoolmate and she was mortified. Then when the cashier went to the back with my card, she stated the issue was the card system was down. I asked if I could go on line and pay for the pizzas and the cashier and manager said no. So I drove to an ATM down the road and came back and paid for the pizzas with cash. I was not offered a coupon or anything for my inconvenience. I havent been to a Pizza Hut in years and probably will not go back to this one.
